I am Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters in Counselling Psychology and a background in midwifery studies, theatre, and folklore. I work with individuals and couples from emerging adults to senior citizens. Using a person-centred approach. I also draw from CBT, solution-focused, DBT, and expressive arts therapies. I have specialized training in grief and loss, sexuality, and women’s mental health.
